Synergy Estate operates a Crisis Residential Facility in Riverside County dedicated to providing direct programmatic nursing care and support to individuals in mental health crisis. Our mission is to create a safe, therapeutic environment where patients can stabilize and recover under the direction of our Administrator and treatment team.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Mental Health Worker, you will be the frontline of our clinical setting, working cooperatively with the treatment team to ensure patient safety and well-being. This role is designed for someone motivated to be directly involved with patients, offering a day-to-day environment defined by constant patient contact and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives.

You will be responsible for providing direct care, monitoring patients across various levels of observation, and utilizing de-escalation techniques to maintain a secure environment. Your day will involve engaging with clients to help them with daily needs, collecting vital signs, and assisting with safety planning under the guidance of social workers. Whether orienting new admissions, managing charting requirements, or advocating for patient rights, you will serve as a vital link between the patient and the broader care team.
