Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing home health care in Portland, OR. In this role, you will carry out treatment, implement care plans, and document patient status for home health patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will provide consistent, supervised physical therapy services in patients' homes, supporting recovery from injury or illness by following physician orders and the supervising PT's plan of care. Your work contributes to improved patient mobility, reduced hospital readmissions, and an enhanced quality of life for home-bound patients.
This position involves a 5x8 evening shift schedule with 40 hours per week. The role requires reliable transportation for home visits and periodic attendance at office meetings. A recruiter will follow up with specific assignment details upon application.
