About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Mental Health Worker to join our team at Laguna Shores Recovery LLC. The ideal candidate will assist in providing direct patient care and support to individuals in a mental health setting. This role is responsible for providing direct services to clients, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, and facilitating the smooth day-to-day operation of the program.
You will work to ensure clients feel safe and secure while managing daily tasks and program activities. The position requires a proactive approach, utilizing a customer service mindset when interacting with clients, family members, and community members. You will represent Laguna Shores Mental Health in a professional manner, prioritizing the well-being of those in our care.
Hiring Process
Hiring is contingent upon receiving DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance (168) or an exemption, a submission of a signed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508), a TB test, and clearance on an employment physical.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Coursework in counseling, psychology, or social work. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
