Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is dedicated to supporting youth and families through a trauma-informed approach. Our mission is rooted in the belief that reunification is in the best interest of children whenever the home and parents are safe. We strive to be a positive role model in the lives of the youth and families we serve, fostering an environment built on strong values, reliability, and a deep work ethic.
As a Family Unification Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families in crisis, including those involved with Child and Family Services or navigating divorce and parenting plans. This position operates both within the client's home and in community settings, providing essential services to maintain safety and promote family growth.
You will act as a professional representative of the Ranch to partners such as DPHHS and judicial court representatives. Your work involves providing ongoing coaching, training, and monitoring to ensure safety while offering educational, emotional, and community support. A key component of this role is facilitating the reunification process, which may include supervised visitation, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to COA, Montana ARM's, and contractual guidelines.
This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time as caseload and program needs grow. You will be expected to participate in an emergency on-call rotation and engage in monthly supervision and coaching meetings to ensure continuous professional development and alignment with the agency's strategic goals.
