About the Role

The Membership Coordinator serves as the first face families see and the heart of the Club's front-door experience. Reporting to the Unit Director, this role is pivotal in fueling community connection and driving enrollment to bring more kids into the Club. You will lead membership recruitment and retention while overseeing front desk operations and volunteer onboarding. Your goal is to ensure that every parent, donor, and visitor feels welcomed the moment they walk through the door. Working closely with the Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, you will help create a seamless experience that strengthens community ties and supports the Club's mission.

check_circleManage daily front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and safe entryway
check_circleOnboard, train, and supervise front desk staff to deliver consistent service
check_circleLead recruitment efforts to bring new members, families, and volunteers into the Club
check_circleManage the full membership registration process including enrollments, renewals, and forms
check_circleOversee volunteer applications, background checks, and onboarding procedures
check_circlePartner with Development and Marketing teams to create promotional materials
check_circleMaintain accurate and confidential records in the Club's membership database
check_circleEnsure members are properly scanned in and out for accurate attendance tracking
check_circleSupervise program spaces and support behavior management of youth as needed
check_circleOversee financial reconciliations, payments, and lost-and-found items

Requirements
