Member Services Representative

About the Role

The Member Services Representative (MSR) serves as the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities, acting as the true face of our operation. This role is dedicated to handling all preliminary guest questions and concerns while working to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

As the primary point of contact, you will greet all members and guests with a smile, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they exit. Your day involves checking in guests in accordance with company procedures, facilitating messages on club software, and answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner. You will also communicate special events to members, manage requests for services like tanning and hydro-massage, and assist with retail sales.

Beyond guest interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, knowing the club facility, services, and schedules inside and out, and assisting with projects as delegated by club management. A professional disposition is essential as you navigate daily operations and ensure every member feels valued.

Hiring Process

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) and be at least 18 years of age. We require all candidates to be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements.
