About the Role
The Overnight Service Associate serves as the primary host for our club during overnight hours, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This role is designed to be the members' best source of information while creating a fun, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for members, guests, and staff. Beyond standard greeting duties, you will act as a representative of our gym's commitment to exceptional service, ensuring every individual feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the gym, with duties subject to change under the discretion of management.

- check_circleAddress member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- check_circleCheck-in members and guests using the gym's management system
- check_circleOversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications
- check_circleEnsure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- check_circleProcess payments for memberships, classes, and retail items
- check_circleFollow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff
- check_circleMonitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items
- check_circleComplete gym walks to rack weights, pick up trash, and complete bathroom and locker room checks
Requirements
- verifiedPrevious experience in customer service or front desk role
- verifiedProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software
- verifiedMust be able to work overnight hours (10pm - 6am)
- verifiedCPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- verifiedMust attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
- verifiedAbility to lift more than 40 lbs
- verifiedAbility to access and operate company computer systems
