About the Kids' Clubhouse
The Kids' Clubhouse is a vital part of WAC and the local community. Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment where children aged 6 weeks to 12 years can enjoy their time while their parents work out. We strive to ensure every family feels a sense of belonging through quality care and genuine connection.
About the Role
As a Kids' Clubhouse Team Member, you are the face of our family services. This is not a behind-the-scenes position; you are on the front line, facilitating activities, story time, snack time, and essential care tasks like diaper changing and bottle feeding. Your primary goal is to interact with families and create memorable experiences that foster a welcoming atmosphere.
You will be expected to let your personality shine while practicing "aggressive hospitality." This means greeting every family with a smile, using their name, and making eye contact. Whether you are cleaning and sanitizing toys daily or ensuring the facility is safe, your presence is key to helping the club sell family memberships and retain new members. You will actively engage with families within a 5-foot radius, connecting them to club programs and creating a positive first impression.

As part of the team, you will participate in ongoing evaluations, pursue personal and professional development, and communicate openly with the Team Lead. You are expected to be a team player, available for regular communication, and ready to help wherever needed.
Hiring & Interview Process
Candidates must demonstrate a genuine enjoyment of working with children and a commitment to safety. The role requires a minimum availability of two shifts per week. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain good standing for CPR certification and adhere to all insurance, liability, and incident report procedures.
