About the Role
The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role is the heartbeat of the club, ensuring that every interaction reinforces our commitment to a non-intimidating and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleClean and sanitize exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities
- check_circlePerform comprehensive walks of club areas to address safety and cleanliness concerns
- check_circleCheck members into the system and facilitate new member sign-ups
- check_circleTake prospective members on tours of the facility
- check_circleEnsure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter free
Requirements
