About the Role
The AC Hotel by Marriott Newtown Square is seeking dedicated full-time and part-time Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that ensures every guest's stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of the Marriott experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry. Experience with hotel management software. Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions. Strong problem-solving skills.
