About the Role
As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our credit union, processing accurate financial transactions and connecting members with the resources they need. This role is designed to support financial empowerment by identifying member needs and making targeted product referrals. You will work alongside your team and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
