As a Store Associate, you will be the face of Goodwill, contributing directly to our mission by delivering enthusiastic and positive customer interactions. Your day will involve greeting every customer swiftly with a smile, engaging with them throughout their visit, and ensuring they leave with a positive impression. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's visual standards by rotating stock, filling the sales floor with fresh products, and keeping wrap desks clutter-free. Additionally, you will process transactions accurately and work towards the store's "Round Up" goals to support our community initiatives.
