This position is dedicated to ensuring that the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, assisting with the pre-arrival process, arrival, activities, and departure. Your day will involve making pre-arrival arrangements, handling grocery and amenity orders, and reviewing preferences in our computer systems to anticipate needs before they arise.
As a key member of the Front Office and Lobby Ambassador team, you will manage check-in and check-out procedures, prepare arrival packets and departure folios, and process billing. You will serve as a resource for visitor information, special arrangements, and activities, coordinating with departments like Engineering, Housekeeping, and Bell Services to resolve requests and ensure satisfaction. Whether assisting with unique needs, managing vehicle services, or simply greeting guests with genuine appreciation, your role is to foster positive working relationships and maintain the highest level of service excellence.
