About the Role
As a Credit Union Ambassador, you serve as the primary face of our institution, dedicated to delivering quality and efficiency to our members. Your mission is to facilitate seamless financial interactions, with a strong preference for digital and electronic solutions. You will be responsible for conducting essential teller transactions, opening new accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor for all credit union products and services.
In this role, you will not only process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments but also evaluate the unique financial needs of potential members to offer appropriate solutions. You will troubleshoot inquiries, resolve account disputes, and constantly seek ways to improve processes that enhance the member experience. Success in this position requires a professional, mature demeanor and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while navigating complex regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC guidelines.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will be required to complete a simulated skills assessment test to demonstrate proficiency in core financial tasks.

Requirements
