As a Travel Medical-Surgical Nurse, you will join our Healthcare & Medical Services team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse adult patients across partner hospitals. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and value the ability to shape their own schedules while making a significant impact on patient outcomes.
In this position, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, managing the full spectrum of medical-surgical needs. Your day will involve comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, performing IV therapy, and monitoring telemetry. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, ensuring that every patient receives timely, patient-centered services. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection-control standards.
