About the Role
As a Travel Medical Surgical Unit RN, you will deliver high-quality bedside care across diverse acute-care settings. This role exists to provide comprehensive assessments and coordinate care plans for adult med-surg patients, ensuring optimal recovery through direct patient interaction and education.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate transitions of care, including discharges and transfers. You will also play a key role in mentoring by precepting and supporting fellow nurses and ancillary staff, promoting a culture of empowerment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
