About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Medical Surgical Unit. In this fast-paced acute care setting, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This role exists to ensure safe, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients across a variety of diagnoses and post-surgical conditions.

You will be the cornerstone of patient support, performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring vital signs, and responding promptly to changes in patient status. Your day will involve administering medications and IV therapies, developing individualized care plans, and preparing patients for procedures. A key part of your mission is educating patients and families on diagnoses and discharge instructions to support safe transitions of care. Whether you are managing wound care, interpreting telemetry, or coordinating with physicians and therapists, you will adapt quickly to new environments and workflows, often floating to similar units as needed.
