As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care to patients through direct interpersonal contact. Your primary mission is to provide care and services that allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in strict accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
On a daily basis, you will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring a cohesive and effective care environment. We look for associates who exhibit excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to concentrate, use reasoning skills, and exercise good judgment while functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team.
