Our Medline Acute Care sales team serves as the main interface for various segments within the hospital, including the OR, Cath Lab, ICU, Labor and Delivery, Emergency Department, Materials Management, and C-suite. Our engagement with clinical and industry leaders allows us to deliver a robust product portfolio and patient-care solutions. Medline has an immediate need for an Acute Care Sales Representative covering the greater Minneapolis area. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for hospitals within your assigned territory, selling a wide array of products ranging from exam gloves and durable medical equipment to OR kits, advanced wound care, and protective apparel.
You will act as a strategic partner to clinical and industry leaders, making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers to drive product and program sales. Success in this position requires establishing and nurturing client relationships by developing strong connections with key stakeholders, presenting new products, and maintaining existing business. You will also collaborate with peers to ensure seamless collaboration across the continuum of care and possess the leadership skills necessary to close deals. The role involves preparing bids and price quotes, as well as occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
Due to the nature of this outside sales position, you will spend 90% of each day driving to interact with healthcare providers on-site.
