About the Role

Medline is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Delaware, Maryland, or Philadelphia area. In this role, you will partner with Sales Managers to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives. You will be responsible for launching new accounts, managing client relationships, and executing "save" strategies for accounts under threat.

This position is designed for a proactive outside sales professional who thrives on the road. You will spend approximately 90% of your day driving and interacting directly with healthcare providers on-site. Your day-to-day involves tracking performance against quotas, distributing specialized reports on contracts and programs, and educating stakeholders on product success. You will play a key part in closing new business and ensuring our customers receive the support they need to succeed.
