We have an immediate need for a Medical Sales Representative to support our Physician Offices in the Birmingham, AL area. In this role, you will serve a diverse customer base including Doctor's Offices, Urgent Care centers, Dermatology clinics, Community Health facilities, and Women's Health practices. You will be responsible for growing and developing a territory focused on residual-based medical supplies, ranging from disposables and exam gloves to point-of-care tests, capital equipment, and diagnostics.
Your day-to-day involves building relationships with healthcare personnel such as physicians, nursing staff, office managers, and purchasing teams. You will make new calls daily to develop new customers, work with manufacturers to present products to the physician community, and prepare quotations. Success in this position requires creating and maintaining a territory plan to grow a residual base of customers in the alternate site marketplace while continuously training yourself on new items to explain their medical and fiscal benefits to clients.
