The Medical Receptionist serves as the first in-person point of contact for patients on behalf of the medical practice. This is an intermediate-level position that is highly visible, requiring discretion, good judgment, and a pleasant, professional manner. You will act as the voice and face of the clinic, interacting with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, and the general public. Your day will involve greeting patients, answering phones, directing calls, and assisting families with their needs. You will also manage front office operations including scheduling, registration, charge entry, payment posting, and cash reconciliation. Success in this role requires excellent customer service skills and an articulate phone voice.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $21.68 - $31.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
