About the Role
This position serves as a vital entry point for the OrthoNOW! after-hours Orthopedic Urgent Care walk-in program in Syracuse. As a Per Diem check-in specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking urgent care outside of standard business hours. Your role ensures a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience by registering patients into the Epic system, collecting co-payments, and obtaining necessary signatures. You will also manage EPIC work queues, handle balance discussions, and perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations.
