About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and the vital link between our practice, practitioners, and insurance carriers. This role is designed for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the end-to-end integration of new patients, handle complex scheduling for procedures, and ensure seamless communication across all touchpoints.

Your day will involve managing incoming calls and emails, processing faxes, and acting as a liaison for billing and insurance pre-authorizations. You will also handle medical records requests, process payments, and maintain accurate patient logs. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor that puts patients at ease.
