About the Role
As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you will be the champion of medical excellence in our hospital. This is a key leadership role where you set the standard for clinical quality while practicing as an associate veterinarian. You will mentor and develop your associate veterinarians, partner with the Practice Manager to build a healthy team, and drive the continuous improvement of patient care and client service.
You will work in a sophisticated professional practice featuring robust diagnostic capabilities, including ultrasound and echocardiogram, alongside advanced surgical and orthopedic care. The role involves leading monthly doctor meetings, supervising externship programs, and serving as an ambassador for the hospital through community engagement.
