About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to join the Lab Services North team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs. This onsite position is a vital component of our clinical operations, where you will perform diagnostic and analytic testing of patient specimens across various laboratory sections.
In this role, you will interpret, document, and report test results while ensuring strict compliance with good laboratory practices and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for quality control testing, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting. The position requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. As a resource to laboratory staff and other clinical teams, you will play a key part in maintaining the high standards of care that define our institution.
