About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist Group Lead to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to bridge the gap between high-complexity laboratory operations and team leadership. You will serve as a technical resource for the department, assisting the Lab Supervisor in monitoring workflow, training staff, and resolving complex analytical challenges.

In this position, you will exercise independent judgment to perform and report on moderate-to-high complexity test procedures. Your day-to-day involves ensuring the accuracy of clinical data through rigorous quality control analysis, investigating testing problems, and coordinating the resolution of production issues across laboratory departments. You will also act as a key point of contact for non-routine inquiries from clients and sales representatives, ensuring that turnaround times for critical results are maintained without compromising safety or compliance.
