About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Medical Front Desk Specialist to join our busy dermatology practice in Birmingham. As the Medical Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their entire visit.
In this role, you will greet patients upon arrival, manage appointment scheduling, collect copayments, and answer phone calls. You will also attend to patient needs throughout their visits, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate possesses a cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a multitasking environment.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of two or more years of experience working as a medical receptionist
- verifiedExperience with Google Workspace
- verifiedEHR experience required
- verifiedKnowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
Nice to Have
Experience with ModMed/EMA. Dermatology experience.
