About the Role
Joining our front desk staff means playing a vital role in our patients' care journey. As a receptionist, you will often be the first point of contact for patients checking in or seeking answers to general questions. This entry-level, full-time position requires a calm and friendly demeanor to ensure every patient feels welcomed and supported.
You will manage the flow of patients by checking them in and out, ensuring their information is accurate, and updating necessary details before their visit. Your day will also involve assisting with rescheduling appointments, explaining benefits, and addressing patient concerns. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company, making it an excellent way to jumpstart your medical career.
Please note that this position requires flexibility to travel to our five locations across the valley throughout the week.
