About the Role
You will work in a private practice setting with high clinical autonomy within a supportive environment. The position offers a flexible schedule of 4-5 days per week, allowing you to manage a typical volume of 25-30 patients daily. You will handle a broad case mix including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with immediate patient demand ensuring a full schedule from day one.
The practice utilizes a modern, dermatology-specific EMR (EMA by ModMed) and provides employer-sponsored aesthetic training. You will work alongside experienced dermatologists and skilled clinical and administrative support staff, with no requirement to supervise PAs or NPs. The culture emphasizes patient-centered, individualized care in spacious, modern office environments.
Location
The practice operates in two highly desirable locations: Southern Marin County (Corte Madera) and Pacific Heights in San Francisco. These locations offer close access to the Pacific coastline, outdoor recreation, world-class dining, and cultural attractions like Golden Gate Park. You are also just a short drive from Napa Valley.
