About the Team
Carilion Clinic, the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and the Department of Medicine, Section of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery are seeking a Dermatologist / Mohs Surgeon to join an established, collaborative academic dermatology team in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a physician-led, multispecialty, not-for-profit healthcare organization dedicated to improving outcomes, advancing value, and strengthening care through education and research. The system includes 7 hospitals, 282 outpatient clinics, 850 physicians across more than 85 specialties, and 350 residents and fellows in 30 accredited ACGME programs.
You will join a team of 14 physicians and advanced practice providers in a multisite academic practice that provides comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, micrographic surgery, and dermatologic oncology care to a catchment area of more than 1 million people. The clinic is located across the street from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Carilion Children's Hospital, the system's flagship 763-bed Level 1 trauma and academic health center, offering meaningful clinical integration and regional impact.
