About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Front Desk Associate to join our team in Mount Airy. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the moment they arrive. You will perform essential duties such as checking patients in and out, managing charge entry, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills. You will need to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer focus. Your ability to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients with empathy and clarity is vital to building trust and ensuring patient satisfaction.
