About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Finance Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting accurate medical billing, payment posting, and patient account management, ensuring compliant and timely revenue cycle operations. You will verify insurance coverage, follow up on denials, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports that support informed decision-making.
Working closely with clinical and administrative staff, you will bridge the gap between financial operations and patient care. A key part of your day will involve providing compassionate assistance to patients with billing questions, guiding them through payment plans, and offering financial counseling. You will also collaborate with teams to ensure accurate documentation and participate in projects that enhance revenue cycle workflows.
