The Director, Revenue Cycle Management serves as a strategic leader for medical oncology billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle Management and Payer Strategy, this role ensures the financial integrity of the practice alliance by safeguarding reimbursement and minimizing delays. The position requires a leader who can drive operational excellence and foster a best-in-class culture within a dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environment. You will spearhead the adoption of new technologies, ensuring scalability and compliance while collaborating across clinical, operations, and financial teams to align on reimbursement protocols.
