About the Role
VHC Health Hospital is seeking a visionary Medical Director to lead our Labor and Delivery department. This key leadership position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of obstetrics, inspire a culture of excellence, and exert a positive impact on patient care.
As the Medical Director, you will lead with excellence, providing clinical oversight and direction to ensure adherence to best practices and institutional protocols in the obstetric unit. You will collaborate with a talented team of healthcare providers, including obstetricians, nurses, midwives, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of safe, comprehensive patient care.
You will stay at the cutting edge of obstetric medicine, implementing new technologies and evidence-based practices to improve patient care. Your strategic plans will guide resource allocation, budgeting, and the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies for the unit. A core part of your mission is to foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning, while driving patient and employee satisfaction initiatives based on feedback from providers, employees, and patients.

Requirements
