About the Position
Consilium Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecologist with Hospitalist experience to join a team in Lewisville, Texas. This role is critical for covering Obstetrics, Emergency Delivery (OBED), and Labor & Delivery (L&D) services.
The Role
You will work a 24-hour shift cycle, consisting of a 12-hour in-house period followed by a 12-hour on-call window. During your on-call time, you must remain within 30 minutes of the hospital. This schedule includes weekend requirements where you will be on call for 24 hours on both Saturday and Sunday. The position is designed for providers who can adapt to day, night, and weekend shifts.

Additionally, please provide details on your procedure experience, availability to start, and license status (Active, In Process, or Apply upon Approval). If you have any malpractice or disciplinary history, a detailed explanation is required. Candidates must also confirm their availability for a call interview within the next 10 business days and affirm their willingness to obtain a state-specific DEA if necessary, as well as their agreement not to change the DEA address during the privilege period.
