About the Role
Richland Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director, DVM, to join a fun, experienced, and close-knit team. This role is perfect for a veterinarian who thrives on the challenge of a wide variety of cases and patients. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to compassionate, empathetic care and practical, high-quality medicine. Joining the Richland Team means you will have a supportive environment where we celebrate great days together and expertly support you through challenging ones.
The position offers a flexible work week of 4 to 5 days per week (negotiable) with no on-call requirements, as a 24/7 emergency clinic is available in the area. You will practice gold-standard medicine utilizing advanced diagnostics, clear protocols, and supportive therapies. Surgical responsibilities include spay/neuter, mass removals, eyelid surgery, foreign body surgeries, cystotomies, amputations, and FHOs.
Our Team and Facilities
We are a growing practice with two full-time DVMs who are engaging, collaborative, and knowledgeable. There is room to add another Associate Veterinarian to the team. Our clinic features three sparkling clean exam rooms, a large tech area, and boarding kennels. We are equipped with digital dental radiography, a fully stocked surgical suite, an in-house lab, ultrasound, and digital radiography. Our support team includes two licensed veterinary technicians (one of whom also serves as the Hospital Manager), one full-time assistant, and two part-time assistants.
