About the Role
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will thrive in a fun, experienced environment that offers the challenge of a wide variety of cases. This role is designed for a veterinarian who values practical, high-quality medicine and enjoys the diversity of small and large animal general practice, with occasional exotic cases.
You will serve as a primary care provider for drop-off, urgent care, and emergency cases during regular business hours (Monday–Saturday). The position includes 1–2 on-call days per week, with emergency coverage from 5 PM to 12 AM. You will perform a broad range of surgical procedures, including spay/neuters, mass removals, eyelid surgeries, foreign body retrievals, cystotomies, amputations, and FHOs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to perform haul-in and farm calls to treat a true variety of animals.
Clinic & Resources
We provide a supportive environment with gold-standard medicine, advanced diagnostics, clear protocols, and supportive therapies. Our facility features two sparkling clean exam rooms, a roomy well-lit barn, and two large fields facing the mountains. We are equipped with horse stocks, paddocks, a cattle chute, outdoor dog kennels, and boarding kennels.
Our technical capabilities include digital dental radiography, a fully stocked surgical suite with cautery, Companion and Phovia lasers, in-house lab services, ultrasound, and digital radiography. You will work alongside one certified veterinary technician (CVT), six skilled assistants, and a reliable farm truck, ensuring a supportive doctor-to-tech ratio.
