About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Medical Director and Associate Veterinarian to lead our growing practice. This unique dual-focus role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian committed to delivering high-quality medicine, mentoring associates, and shaping the future of our thriving hospital. As Medical Director, you will set the medical vision, uphold clinical standards, and help shape protocols, workflows, and our overall culture. You will also collaborate with practice leadership on hiring, training, scheduling, and compliance, while leading by example in delivering exceptional client service and patient care. We are open to all experience levels for the Associate Veterinarian component of this position.
