Reynolds Road Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for companion animals. We are a collaborative, learning-focused team committed to a supportive work environment where professional growth and meaningful impact on animal health are prioritized. Our mission extends beyond clinical treatment; we strive to foster a culture of compassion, fear-free handling, and low-stress interactions for our patients while maintaining empathetic communication with pet owners.
We are seeking a compassionate Medical Director to lead our clinical operations and serve as the cornerstone of our veterinary services. This role exists to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety, and operational excellence across our wellness, diagnostics, surgery, dental, and emergency services.
As the Medical Director, you will provide strategic medical leadership while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day clinical life of the hospital. You will mentor veterinarians and technicians, fostering a team culture dedicated to clinical excellence and professional development. Your day will involve overseeing complex case management, guiding the use of advanced diagnostics, and ensuring adherence to best practices in anesthesia and pain management. Beyond clinical duties, you will collaborate closely with the practice manager to optimize workflow and resource allocation, while also contributing to initiatives that enhance the client experience and practice growth.
We are looking for a leader who embodies our values of compassion and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a DVM with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ready to join a team that values continuous learning and high-quality patient care.
