About the Role
As the Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership for our Veterinary Health department, ensuring a high standard of care across medical, surgical, and dental services. This role exists to guide our clinical direction, foster collaboration among veterinarians and staff, and maintain excellent client communication. You will serve as the primary resource for complex cases, offering expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning while mentoring the team through case reviews and ongoing clinical education.
In this position, you will have a meaningful impact on the lives of pets and their owners. You will work closely with practice management to optimize clinical workflows and participate in strategic decisions regarding new services and technology. The role offers strong peer support and opportunities for professional development within a team that values staff well-being and ethical decision-making.
