We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our team and shape the future of our practice. This role is unique in that it combines hands-on clinical care with strategic leadership. You will serve as the medical authority, providing oversight and case direction for our veterinarians and support staff while continuing to perform exams, surgeries, and dentistry.
In this position, you will mentor and train our veterinarians and technicians, ensuring a supportive environment where team-based care thrives. Beyond clinical duties, you will collaborate with practice management on strategic planning, workflow optimization, and hospital growth initiatives. Your passion for high-quality care will drive the development and monitoring of medical protocols, quality standards, and best practices, ensuring our hospital maintains the highest regulatory and compliance standards.
