We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our team and shape our medical standards. This role is unique in that it combines hands-on clinical care with strategic leadership. As the Medical Director, you will provide medical oversight and case direction for our veterinarians and support staff while actively delivering high-quality medical, surgical, dental, and preventive care to our patients.
You will be instrumental in developing and monitoring medical protocols, quality standards, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service. Beyond clinical duties, you will mentor and train veterinarians and technicians, fostering a supportive team environment. Your ability to consult with clients, communicate complex diagnoses, and ensure continuity of care will be vital to our mission.
Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical skills in small animal internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, veterinary dentistry, anesthesia, and diagnostic imaging, along with a passion for team-based veterinary care. We look for individuals with demonstrated leadership experience who are eager to collaborate with practice management on strategic planning and hospital growth initiatives.
