As a Medical Case Manager, you will work independently from a home office setting while remaining part of a supportive nationwide team. You will support federal workers with occupational-related injuries and illnesses, emphasizing the timely facilitation and coordination of diagnosis. Your role involves managing both the acute and chronic phases of treatment and support.
You will serve as the critical communication link between all parties involved in a medical disability case, providing medical expertise and integrated case management services to prevent, minimize, or overcome disability. Through a unique mix of experience and certification, you will develop comprehensive case management plans for injured workers throughout various stages of recovery, tracking patient improvement goals in our database. This role offers a challenging and rewarding career path for those passionate about empowering and sustaining health for the occupationally injured.
