About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding Medical Assistant Supervisor to join our team at OnPoint Family Medicine at Dakota Ridge. This role serves as the direct manager for the Medical Assistant staff, acting as a vital liaison between management and the team. The Supervisor performs all duties of a Medical Assistant while providing first-level counseling and support to staff.
In this position, you will foster a positive public relations image with the team, peers, patients, and visitors. You will be responsible for onboarding education, annual training, and coaching staff on personal performance and patient care standards. The role requires maintaining confidentiality with patients and families while ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards. While the position typically operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, varying hours and occasional Saturdays may be required to meet business needs.
