The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) serves as a vital member of the Pediatrics Specialty Clinic team within a global healthcare organization. In this ambulatory environment, you will function under the direct supervision of physicians to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring the clinic operates safely and efficiently. Your role is defined by responsible behaviors and effective communication, bridging clinical tasks with administrative support to maintain seamless patient flow.
Reporting to the clinic manager, you will be responsible for maintaining examination and procedure room supplies, organizing the clinic environment to prioritize patient safety, and assisting in the development of efficient workflows. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission of serving the community and engaging in equitable healthcare delivery.
This is a full-time role (40 hours) scheduled for the day shift, running from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The schedule is designed to support work-life balance with no weekend requirements.
