About the Role

We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will be the frontline of patient care, providing clinical support in urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will play a vital part in the patient experience by managing initial evaluations, performing x-ray testing, and preparing patients for provider visits through accurate history taking and vital sign documentation.

Your day will involve greeting patients with empathy, communicating clearly about wait times and next steps, and ensuring timely follow-ups on lab and x-ray results. You will work closely with providers to assist with procedures, maintain clean and stocked exam rooms, and adhere to strict infection control and safety standards. Whether you are performing phlebotomy, assisting with patient transfers, or ensuring proper radiation safety during x-rays, your work directly impacts the efficiency and quality of care our patients receive.
