About the Role

We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will provide essential clinical care across urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for initial evaluations, recording histories and vital signs, and preparing patients for provider evaluation.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical and administrative tasks. You will perform phlebotomy, injections, and assist with procedures under provider supervision. A key part of your responsibilities includes preparing and shooting X-Rays, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols. You will also manage the flow of patient care by offering solutions to concerns, communicating wait times clearly, and ensuring timely follow-ups on lab and X-ray results. Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and adhering to strict infection control and confidentiality standards are vital to our mission of delivering safe, high-quality care.
