About the Role
We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will provide essential clinical care within our urgent care, occupational health, and workers' compensation settings. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for initial evaluations, x-ray testing, and preparing patients for provider visits by accurately recording histories, vital signs, and documentation. Your ability to recognize acuity levels will be crucial for ensuring appropriate interventions and maintaining a smooth patient flow.
The Schedule
Full-time team members work a rotating schedule of 36–40 hours per week, featuring 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekends. For those seeking flexibility, our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
