Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTake and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and weight
- check_circlePerform medication reconciliation and verify allergies during visits
- check_circleAdminister intramuscular injections and obtain informed consent
- check_circleCall in prescriptions as directed by physicians
- check_circleConduct office tests such as rapid strep and smell tests
- check_circleDraw blood specimens and prepare them for laboratory testing
- check_circleObtain patient histories and document chief complaints in the EMR
- check_circleSchedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records
- check_circleClinically prepare exam rooms and ensure timely patient flow
